About the Company
Point Dance Ensemble is a local, non-profit dance company founded in January 2000 and is not affiliated with any specific dance studio. Company members of PDE participate in a company audition in the spring and must be studying dance technique at the area dance studios. The mission of Point Dance Ensemble (PDE) is to promote the art of dance in the Central Wisconsin area through educational workshops, performances, and other artistic opportunities. PDE offers a pre-professional experience for young dancers and introduces them to different aspects of dance including performing, rehearsing, choreographing and teaching.
